Beginning her career as a graphic designer, she was the “girl with the ideas” creating clever concepts and unique packaging. Shifting her focus from ideas to people, Aileen became a highly acclaimed business speaker, author and coach. Never being the kind to fit in any typical box she created a new one, which probably more closely resembles a rhombus or wonky pentagon. Combining her two passions and areas of expertise, Aileen began helping businesses through creative ideas, clever branding strategies and a new approach to doing what they do. She combines business coaching with creativity to free your company from the curse of ordinary.
