BOND (Teambuilding)
Teambuilding with an edge.. your edge. A morning, afternoon or whole day of activities built around your needs. BOND relies heavily on communication skills and the fun element that Aileen brings to everything she does. This course is completely developed with you as a partner.. it is unique and challenging for each group – think The Apprentice with elements of The Amazing Race, and forget everything you already think about corporate training.
BOND doesn’t have an outline like the other training courses, it doesn’t have a pre-conceived format. BOND concentrates on people getting to know more – about themselves and their co-workers. It can take place anywhere, indoors, outdoors, at a weekend away or pre-conference.
